AMA was dispatched from my insurance company to pick up my vehicle and tow it 65 miles home. From start to finish every transaction with this company was great! They called promptly to give me an ETA and were very friendly. The driver called when he was 5 mins out to verify our pickup location. He was very professional, friendly and helpful. He even allowed my wife and I to ride back with him so we didn’t have to Uber 65 miles home! We had great conversation and he really helped make what was a bad situation for us feel less stressful in the moment. I would recommend AMA towing to anyone who finds themselves in need of assistance! Thank you all! You guys are amazing!
